Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on coloring-blanket.com. They are short on purpose: read them before you pay.
Products and prices
We sell a coloring blanket in soft polyester, about 59 x 50 inches (150 x 125 cm), in several designs, with 24 washable fabric markers included, at $39.99 each. You set the quantity on the product page or in your cart; each blanket costs the same.
The permanent fabric marker option costs $9.99 more for each blanket that includes it. Prices are in US dollars and shipping within the US is free. Product descriptions come from the manufacturer's listings, and design photos are the manufacturer's.
Ordering and payment
Choose your design, the quantity and the marker option, then pay by card on Stripe's secure checkout page. After payment, you receive an order confirmation by email.
Delivery
We deliver in the United States only. Your blanket ships from the manufacturer's warehouse and is delivered in 2-3 weeks; permanent markers may arrive in a separate package. For Christmas delivery, order by December 1.
If your package does not arrive in that time, email us with your order number and we will check with the carrier.
Returns and refunds
You can return your blanket within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds go back to your original payment method. The steps are on our returns page.
Washing
According to the manufacturer, the ink of the included washable markers washes out in a regular machine wash. The manufacturer does not give a temperature, a dryer setting or a number of washes, so we do not promise one either.
Seller
Every sale on coloring-blanket.com is made by ANIMOUF LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, reachable at contact@coloring-blanket.com. These terms apply to purchases by consumers for personal use.
Shipping times and delays
We ship within the time stated on the Shipping page. When no time is stated, we ship within 30 days of receiving your properly completed order, as the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435) requires.
If we cannot ship on time, we tell you before the promised date, give you a revised shipping date and let you choose between accepting the delay or cancelling your order for a prompt refund of the full amount paid.
Returns and refunds
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, as described on the Returns page.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or is not the item you ordered: then we pay for the return.
We refund the price of the returned item to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.
Your rights under state law
This store policy comes on top of your legal rights. Nothing in these terms limits any right or implied warranty that the laws of your state give you and that cannot be excluded.
