Returns and refunds
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to send the blanket back. Here is how it works, step by step.
How to ask for a return
Email us with your order number and the blankets you want to return. You do not have to give a reason, but if you tell us, it helps us improve our product pages.
How to send it back
We reply with the return address. Fold the blanket, put it back in its packaging with the markers and ship it with the carrier of your choice. Return shipping is paid by the customer, so keep your shipping receipt until you get your refund.
If the blanket arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us a photo before sending anything back. That is a different case, and we will tell you what to do.
Your refund
We refund to the payment method you used. We may wait until the blanket is back with us, or until you send proof that you shipped it, before refunding.
Return window
Our return window is 30 days from delivery. To start a return, email contact@coloring-blanket.com with your order number.
We send you the return address by email when you contact us.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
