Contact us
The fastest way to reach us is by email at contact@coloring-blanket.com. We answer every message with a fix or the next step.
What to include
For an order you have already placed, give us your order number and the email address you used at checkout. For a problem with the blanket or the markers, add a photo: it shows us right away what is going on.
Before you write
Many answers are already on the site: delivery times and costs on the shipping page, washing in our washing guide, and the difference between washable and permanent markers on the fabric markers page.
